Ministry requirements: Ministry requirements include event host/hostess to pre-arrange and provide all ministry and travel expenses for Prophet Reeni to minister at your event which will include the following:

Honorarium/Love Offerings: Because Prophet Reeni seeks hard after the Lord on the behalf of the ministry host, the ministry event and the people to hear Gods heart for your region, a suggested minimum honorarium/love offering of $500 (or more) per ministry session is asked of hosting ministries to have Prophet Reeni sing or speak at your event.

Product Table: Please provide  a 6 foot product table with white or black table covers to allow for Prophet Reeni’s CD’s & DVD products. Please contact our office at 770-787-9154 to confirm financial requirements ahead of time.

Air Travel or Car Rental

Air Travel: A prepaid round trip ticket for Prophet Reeni and one assistant from Atlanta (ATL) on Delta Airlines and must include prepaid luggage fees for one checked bag for each way if Air Travel is your choice to bring Prophet Reeni to your event. Currently Delta charges $15 per checked bag for a one way trip (please verify with the airlines) and should be pre-paid along their with airline tickets. For round trip tickets, the cost would be $30 and must be paid at the same time of booking Prophet Reeni’s (and assistant’s) round trip airfare. Prophet Reeni does not travel with an assistant to all events, but must be provided if she needs her assistant to travel with her.

Travel by Car: A prepaid medium size rental car for Prophet Reeni must be purchased from Enterprise Car Rental located below for however many days required for your event if Car Rental is your choice to bring Prophet Reeni to your event. Hotel Accommodations: A 3-4 star Hotel must be prepaid in advance by hosting ministry along with light meals provided for Prophet Reeni and assistant during her entire visit. Reeni prefers healthy foods such as salads and sandwiches from home meals or any restaurant that provides a healthy food menu. No fast food restaurants please.

Water Bottles: Hosting ministry must provide plenty of bottled purified water for Prophet Reeni for her entire stay and must have several bottles of water before, during and after ministry sessions to prepare and replenish her vocal chords. Purchasing a full case of “purified” bottled water is recommended. No tap water please.

Keyboard & Sound: Prophet Reeni also specifically requests a Yamaha Motif XS8 keyboard (can be rented from most local music stores) with an adequate sound system as her choice of keyboards for prophetic worship segments. Please be sure to have the keyboard pretested hooked up with two channels for “stereo” effect along with a good quality sustain foot pedal, two keyboard direct boxes, a good quality microphone and boom-stand that bends, a high seating chair bench and music stand. For questions regarding sound and keyboard, please have your sound department contact our office at 770-787-9154 to confirm keyboard and sound requirements ahead of time.

Video and Audio Capture: Because of the spontaneous prophetic nature and anointing upon Prophet Reeni’s singing and prophetic ministry, video capture is limited due to copyrights. Audio capture is permitted but original recordings must be given to Prophet Reeni before event is over. Please announce to your ministry membership that video taping is not limited and any video recordings become the copyright property of Warriors International, Inc. which hosting ministries may use. Please also ask everyone to turn off their cell phones and to not secretly record. If professional video taping is desired by host, please contact Prophet Reeni for permissions and to discuss royalties. The following copyright information must be added to all multimedia:

Advertising: Several links will be provided on the Warrior’s International website as well as e-blasts for all itinerary events with address and location to help promote Prophet Reeni’s itinerary with your event included. Some advertising suggestions are to make your event a city wide event as much as possible including other churches and ministries in the regions and for event hosts to establish paid advertising on The Elijah List, local newspapers, radio stations, online newspapers spots, your contact databases, word of mouth, emails, flyers and mail outs, Google Ads, MySpace, YouTube, GodTube, FaceBook, GodTV and other prophetic networks. Many times covering costs in a creative, teamwork format with other leaders in your area helps promote unity in the community which can bring great breakthrough’s when bringing an anointed prophet/psalmist to your region. Be the catalyst for regional breakthrough.

Intercession Considerations for Event Host: It is Prophet Reeni’s desire to maximize the Lord’s outpouring at each ministry event that she does. Not only does Prophet Reeni seek the Lords face on the behalf of any event, but it is strongly recommended that the event host and their people be fully prepared to receive the anointing of the Prophet. It is suggested that good quality and pure hearted intercessors are appointed from your group to intercede and cover Prophet Reeni and the event with much prayer and fasting. The more the people have hearts that are ready to receive, the more productive the event. Prophet Reeni is determined to give the most that the Lord will release through her and the receptivity of your region through your people is very important to the success of any event. Encourage daily prayer, prayer groups & fasting before, during and after the event to “pave the way of the Lord” through intercession.
