Raise Up Your Voice! The Cry of a Generation of Prophetic Intercessors

The Lord is saying, “Raise up your voice! Release a sound all over the earth! Declare a shout and cry out, those of you who love My name.  Pray and sing, oh trumpets of the Lord, for your God is resounding from the heights of heaven to the depths of your soul! Dance, twist and writhe from the ends of the earth for it is the cry of intercession that is erupting from deep within you!  I have been releasing a greater intensity of intercession in you that you will not be able to contain.

Don’t hold it back! For I have called you out from among the ashes to move you out as an army of unified intercessors, precious and called by My name! You have been chosen and anointed to bear the fruit of My heart and to carry the womb of My glory even as a mother who bears and groans in childbirth to bring forth new life.  Like a proud Father who waits expectantly for His seed to be born, I have been guarding you and waiting by your side to carry you through every pain, every grief and every sorrow.  In your weakness I have comforted you ensuring that you would make it through the fires of heartache and the travails of your soul. In your weakness you have humbled your heart to allow Me to take control so that you could see with your very eyes, the manifestation and the reward of your labors of love for Me!  You did not labor in vain,” says the Lord, “Your labors of love have never been in vain!”

A Generation of Prophetic Intercessors

There is a cry of the Spirit coming forth from a generation of prophetic intercessors that  have become the sound of one voice to the ears of the Lord, who are gathered in spirit from the four corners of the earth.  Their sound is a sound of unity and love for one purpose as they gather each day as one heart and one mind, worshiping the Lord in Spirit and in truth.  It is the sound of the voice of the Lord ranking and positioning deep inside the soul of God’s intercessors all over the earth who are hearing His call to humble themselves and pray as the Spirit meets their supplication. They have found God’s strength in their weakness.  They have learned to surrender their very heart, soul, mind and body to the mandate and mission of the Lord.

Born With An Instinct To Pray

As God is manifesting His heart through these precious ones, His servants and flames of fire, they instinctively know how to call upon the name of the Lord, standing in the gap, willingly laying down their lives out of their love for the Lord. They have been born with an instinct to pray that is as natural as breathing air.  In quiet confidence they wait patiently upon their Commander in Chief to say the Word, being quick to obey at the immediate sound of His voice without hesitation and without reservation.  It is the very intercessions of the Holy Spirit of God manifested through these yielded vessels that God highly esteems and cares for.  He is removing the limitations placed upon them as He allows and releases His intercessors the freedom they have cried out for as a peculiar generation who expresses the divine feelings, thoughts and purposes of the heart and mind of Christ.

The scriptures reveal a type of intercession that is instinctive in every living being and delivers us to increasing measures of freedom as we cry out with the groans of His Spirit . Romans 8:22 says, “For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.” Until we have arrived to the full manifestation of God’s redemption, God has set His intercessors into place as an extension of His heart in the earth to uphold and sustain His rule of authority, as co-laborers with Christ. Partnering with their High Priest, they will faithfully carry out His will and heart’s desire until the day of His return.

In the Greek text, this corporate “groaning” of creation is a supernatural harmonic intercession that means “unity” and “to stand, to escape to safety; to uphold or sustain the authority or force of anything, and to be of a steadfast mind.” This groan of the soul is magnified in the heart of an intercessor as God’s special servants who give their very lives to the ministry and burden of divine intercession as the Spirit of the Lord also leads them and joins in unity with all creation to “uphold and sustain the authority of” that which was originally given to man before the fall.  Romans 8:26-28 (AMP) says , “So too the Holy Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance. And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the Holy Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God’s will. We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.”

Armor Bearers of Love

These armor bearers of love have been graced with the gift of the Holy Spirit as they pray and petition on behalf of others in unknown tongues and with fear and trembling as the Spirit gives them utterance to offer supplications as they plead their case before the Lord.  They are the very interceptors of many tragedies that could have been, but never came into being because of their faithful obedience.  With the help of the Holy Spirit, they intercede in harmony with God’s will as God partners with them in their labors of love as He leads them into effectual fervent prophetic prayers producing much power and grace that is released to those who are in need of the mercy and justice of the Lord.

The Greek definition of “intercession” means; to light upon a person or a thing, to go to or meet a person especially for the purpose of conversation, consultation, or supplication, to pray, entreat, to appeal and to plead. Its root definition means;  to hit the mark, as of one discharging a javelin or arrow, to reach, obtain and become master of, with the idea of effecting, to bring forth, bear, produce (fruit from the seed) as in a woman giving birth, travail and labor. As God’s holy intercessors engage in divine prophetic intercession, there is a high rate of “hitting the mark” with a divine javelin of precision and accuracy.  God’s strategy is to completely annihilate the opposition with effectiveness and finality as He continues to raise up an end time army of intercessors that are sharp with discernment but humble enough to realize the responsibility they have been given to heal or to wound. With this powerful gift, He has made them accountable how they utilize it but He will also reward them for bearing righteous fruit from their obedience, perseverance and travail.

Called to the Ministry of the Unseen

God’s plans for His intercessors are greater than what can be seen with the natural eye.  God has given intercessors insight into the unseen realms to know how to pin point, overthrow, call out, destroy, expose, build up, plant, encourage and birth new life.  “It is the ministry of the unseen that I have called you to,” says the Lord, “It is what I have consecrated you for.  This is the place I have set you apart for Myself.  I have been jealous over you and I have not allowed man or the enemy to take away the glory of the precious gift I have placed inside of you.  I have chosen you for such a time as this.  I have held you dear to My heart as sometimes you have been rejected and you have felt robbed and stripped in your heart, but I have never left you or forsaken you and I will recompense everything that has been stolen from you if you will forgive those who have used you and bless those who have persecuted you. Let me heal your heart and your cause will become a legacy for generations to come who will learn from your example and endurance and love.”

Warriors in Battle Behind the Scenes

God’s intercessors have a special place in God’s heart.  He reveals His secrets to them because they are prophetic in nature and they are graced in spending long periods of time in the secret place with the Lord out of their love for Him as they are petitioning, groaning, dancing, writhing, birthing, worshiping, singing, warring and destroying the strongholds and the works of the enemy behind closed doors.  As warriors in battle behind the scenes, God has highly esteemed them as He is now releasing and ranking them into their rightful places where the enemy has attempted to dethrone their importance, their dignity, their strength and their value in the kingdom of God.  It is the gift of the Holy Spirit that is within them as they have been endowed with a special grace of His glory that is being released in the earth with increasing measure.

You Have Been Blessed With A Burden

I hear the Lord is saying to these precious ones, “You have been blessed with a burden and I have blessed you with the weight of my Spirit that is precious in my sight, to release the plans and purposes of My heart in these last days.  I have burdened you to carry the torch of intercession for this generation and I am building a lasting legacy within you for those who will come to remember you as I have named and called you, ‘Faithful, Loyal & Steadfast.’ Is it any wonder the enemy has tried to put out your fire and to take your very life from you?  Lift up your voice and take your rightful place and be free to come to Me with every supplication, every burden and every heart cry, for I will hear you and not reject you or turn you away as others have,” says the Lord.

God is causing His intercessors to take up and wield the Sword of His Spirit with strategy, strength and power to annihilate and decapitate principalities, authorities and powers of the air through the power of humble, obedient intercession through timely prayer watches, fasting and engaging in the simplicity of bearing their own hearts before the Lord, trusting and believing Him to reward those who diligently seek Him, paving the way for God’s manifested presence in any given situation, location, time and space. “Consecrate yourselves and set yourselves aside for Me,” says the Lord, “Giving up your bodies to Me as a living sacrifice for Me to speak through, cry though and war through as I release the mysteries and treasures of My heart to you.  It is My pleasure to give you the kingdom.”

Guards of the Treasures of Heaven

There is a special DNA that resides in each prophetic intercessor that God has called from the foundations of the earth. They are guards of the treasures of heaven instinctively protecting and preparing the way for the Lord’s supernatural intervention.  They expose the enemy’s plans as they see his schemes from afar with precise visual insight into the spirit realm long before his attacks can be launched.  They are gifted to engage in territorial battle as co-laborers of the Lord to fight on the behalf of others as they are team members with especially prophets and apostles to prepare the way of the Lord and His coming.

The Lord is saying, “I have given you laser eyes of discernment and what you have seen has sometimes broken your heart because it was the brokenness of My heart that you felt.  When My heart breaks, your heart breaks.  When My heart rejoices, your heart rejoices.  When my heart travails, your heart travails.  I have given you the treasures and secrets of My heart, the very things that are near and dear to Me because I have found you faithful. I trusted you to heed the call of intercession, to set yourself aside at the appointed times each day when you heard Me calling you.  Even in the middle of the night when you were weary, you remained faithful to the night watch of the Lord, and you drew near to Me.”

Sharpshooters of the Spirit

These precious ones are gifted with a sixth sense of discernment that is stirred by divine love as they are moved with compassion to pray for those that cannot pray for themselves.  They are quick to obey the voice of the Lord because their senses have been trained to hear God’s voice upon their knees.  They are familiar with the sound of the Lord as He walks through the cool of the garden and they instinctively respond to the command of His voice which causes their hearts to drop to their knees with very little notice.  They are a passionate remnant of the Lord who have laid down their own desires to see the desires of the Lord be manifested in every way possible.  They are sharp shooters of the Spirit, skilled in small and long range targets.  They will not give in or give up until the burden of the Lord has been released and the desired outcome of God’s heart is fully manifested.

The Lord Is Your Warrior, A Mighty Man of War

It is God’s heart of love that is burning for these faithful followers who have moved His heart to action as they have humbly prepared their hearts to make room for their Lord as they sing their song of victory just as Moses and the children of Israel sang in Exodus 15:2-3, “The LORD is my strength and song, and He is become my salvation: He is my God, and I will prepare Him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt Him. The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is His name.”

The Lord is a Warrior, a mighty Man of War and it is the preparation of their heart that is their strength, taking the time to consecrate themselves as holy vessels, inviting the Lord to inhabit their lives as they fervently pray.  He will surely accept their invitation of habitation and fight on their behalf as their personal Warrior and mighty Man of War.

It is the cry of this invitation and the sound of the Lord in the distance becoming closer as He makes His heart known. His utters His voice before His army to be distinctly heard in the spiritual ears of this generation of intercessors as they pave the way for the Lord with their very lives. Like a refreshing latter day rain, the Lord Himself has positioned them, to give strength to the weary. Like a mighty rushing wind blowing from nation to nation, they are infused with the sounds of crackling fire burning throughout the land as they are continually urging others to answer the call and privilege to pray. They lead with God’s wisdom as they usher in the very presence of the Lord wherever they go because they are skilled in making the Lord their habitation and have found favor with the Lord, dedicating their personal lives to become His personal dwelling place.

“Because of you, I will draw all men, women, children and nations unto Me.  Because you have not lifted up your own heart, but instead you have humbled your heart, and have trusted me with the treasures of your heart, now I have trusted you with the treasures of My heart,” says the Lord.  “It is in the secret place I have known you and it is in the secret place that I will always reward you. It is my favor that rests upon you as you begin to see those mountains move out of your way.  Watch your enemies melt like wax before you as you see the salvation of the Lord with your own eyes.  I will fight for you, I will fight for your family and everything that concerns you. As I have promised you before, I will take good care of you,” says the Lord, “No harm will come to you, those who willingly take refuge and rest under the shadow of My wings.”

Say Good-bye to Stagnant Procrastination and Say Hello to Atomic Activation!

God is saying for the year 2011, “Bring all your gifts, callings and talents to My feet and everything that has held you back from the rivers of My fresh prophetic fire you have so desired and longed for. I have not forgotten your sacrifice and your pain and the fiery trials that seem to consume. I am your Consuming Fire!  Now is the time to say, ‘Good-bye,’ to stagnant procrastination and say,  ‘Hello,’ to a new atomic activation!  Watch and see how I will consume the dross, how I will give you favor and how I will supernaturally bring you into your God given joy!  This is My gift and My promise to you,” says the Lord, “Because I love you!”

The Days of Wasting Away Are Over!

Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” The word vision in the Hebrew text means; ecstatic state and divine communication; to see and perceive with the intelligence and by experience; to behold. The word perish means to let go, neglect, to cause to refrain and be uncovered. This scripture is saying, “Where there is no vision (ecstatic state of divine communication to see and perceive God with the intelligence and by experience, to behold Him,) the people perish (let go of Him, neglect Him, refrain from Him and are not covered by Him.) This lack of vision carries with it a gnawing in the pit of your stomach that causes you to give up feeling like you are wasting away into nothingness.

This is what God does not want to happen to you.  He is saying, “The days of wasting away are over! I am imparting into you a new hope that will not fade away, a new joy that will activate you and propel you into the very things your have longed for but have not yet seen. Believe My words,” says the Lord, “Don’t listen to the voice of distraction. If you will believe in your heart and perceive with your mind that My plans are yes and amen for your life, you will begin to soar in the power of My love and I will move on your behalf this very day!”

God has called His people to be a people of vision, power, might and love, taking on challenges as training ground for the next level.  God is answering your prayer and is saying, “Don’t be afraid of the loss of vision or the waking hours in the night.  I am birthing, birthing, birthing a spirit of power and of might.  I have not left you alone. It is by My Spirit that I will deliver you into your rightful place.”

There has been a lingering pain of no hope and no future and God is about to change the winds of the Spirit in a new direction.  God is saying, “Run into the wind, run into the wind. Spread your wings and fly into the wind. The current of My Spirit will catch you and you will soar with the wind.  With might and with power you will soar, you will soar with the wind.  Never again will you waste away.  I tell you, you will soar with the wind.”

A New Light of Activating Power

God is bringing new light of life into our midst. It is the light of His fire in a brand new way, a light that He is about it ignite.   It is one that has always been present but not always active.  Now is the time to activate that light.  However, many have given in to the subtle effects of procrastination causing the embers of their inner holy flame to wither and die in quite despair.  Like a pervasive “holding back” in the inner man, it must now undergo a violent assault of divine determination of God’s people from deep within each heart to blow up and annihilate its deadly grip of stagnation.

The Lord says, “The enemy of procrastination has come as an attempt to bring a slow death to your destiny but I am overthrowing this scheme of the unseen world on your behalf as I am shining a new light of the activating power of My love within your heart to reignite the plans and purposes I have already set in place for you in the heavenly realms.”

Procrastination means; to defer action; delay; to procrastinate until an opportunity is lost. It is a passive aggressive assault of the enemy to manipulate and to cause to “defer” or “put off” God’s destiny for one’s life.  It is a plot to kill, steal and destroy in any way that it can leaving a person feeling empty and unfulfilled.  Many times it can go unrecognized until the light of God’s divine intervention shines brightly on its shadows causing the clouds of despair to disappear with every ray of sunshine from His heart.  It is at this place that new life will begin from deep within as it is continually nurtured and stimulated with the fire of God’s love.

Activation is the Very Opposite Effect of Procrastination

On the other hand, activation is the very opposite effect of procrastination.  It is the antidote to lack of vision, fear, hopelessness and that pervasive feeling of never attaining God’s perfect will in your life. In 2 Timothy 1:6 (NLT), the Scripture reminds us through Paul’s admonishment to young Timothy to, “…stir up the gift of God that is in you.” The word “stir-up” in the Greek text means; to kindle up and inflame one’s mind, strength and zeal as it pertains to the gift of God that is inside each and every person, which is the supernatural element of divine activation.

The word “activate” is mentioned in the Amplified Bible in Galatians 5:6 and says, “For [if we are] in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith activated and energized and expressed and working through love.” Anything that requires faith is only activated through the power of God’s love in, to and through us.  It is the motivating factor behind any genuine act of faith.

The same word in the King James Version translated “worketh” from the Greek word “energeo,” means effectual, powerful, activity, operative and effective. This is the same prophetic energy and power of the Holy Spirit displayed in the resurrection of Christ, in the mighty rushing wind of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, in the living and active Word of God and in many other forms and types of divine inspiration we see throughout the Bible that propels extraordinary faith.

“Activate” in Webster’s Dictionary means to make active; cause to function or act; to render more reactive; excite; to activate a molecule and to induce radioactivity. In the law of physics, it means to raise (an atom, molecule, etc) to an excited state. “Excite” means to arouse or stir up, to cause to awaken, to stimulate, to excite a nerve. Concerning radioactivity, Webster’s dictionary says it is “the phenomenon, exhibited by and being a property of certain elements, of spontaneously emitting radiation resulting from changes in the nuclei of atoms of the element.”

The Atomic Power of Being Activated Into the Gift of God

In spiritual terms, there is a supernatural phenomenon of spontaneous combustion within the heart of a believer when they are activated into the gift of God that is within them.  Procrastination is the enemy of activation and will cause that gift to lie dormant, causing stagnation.  Divine activation from the Holy Spirit is the spontaneous stimulation of that gift causing it to “excite” which propels it to action.  This is where miracles are birthed and mighty exploits are performed.

The spirit and power of divine activation is full of God’s holy fire that ignites from within the individual and is extremely contagious for the believer in Christ but extremely deadly for the devil and his kingdom of darkness. This is the atomic power and “energeo” of being activated into the gift of God.  Like oily rags that can spontaneously combust, divine activation is at its peak when we are soaked in the oil of the Holy Spirit on a regular basis.  This is the reason why many times we experience a spontaneous power surge of the Holy Spirit when the gift of God within us is activated by a prophetic word spoken over a person or release from within through a seasoned prophetic mantle.

It instantly forces you out of the state of dormancy and stagnation and propels you into fresh prophetic fire almost immediately, ready to explode with atomic proportions especially against the kingdom of darkness.  This is the supernatural  phenomena of how “the violent take it by force” mentioned in Matthew 11:12.  Then God starts to teach you how to direct that surge of power to bring glory to His name with accountability, responsibility and integrity which will be your anchor to maintain it.  This is the the one thing that the enemy of your soul, the devil, is most afraid of and does not want you to get a hold of or grasp the divine revelation of “atomic activation.”

“It is through My love that your faith is activated and stimulated, and it is through My love that you will activate your faith to ignite and minister to others.  Get ready for the atomic surge of My Spirit that will be spontaneous and full of fresh prophetic fire to propel you into a new burning flame of My Spirit. ”

“It is time to leave the past behind.  It is time to embrace the inheritance I have set aside for you from the foundations of the earth. Receive now a new supernatural impartation of My love and breath in deeply the fresh wind of my Spirit.  It is yours for the asking.  It is yours for the taking. Run with the vision,” says the Lord, “Run with the vision and never stop running.”

Dispelling The Shadows That Intercept God’s Light

This morning, I was awakened by the sunrise peering through the blinds of my windows.  As I was sleeping, rays of light shone on my face and captured my eyes.  I thought, “Oh how sweet! God woke me up!  He wants to talk!” I was tired from the night before so for a few moments, I rolled over to sneak in a few more minutes of a lazy, sleepy morning.  But my heart was being tugged on by the spirit of God.  Much like the familiar occurrences of when one of my children would run into my bedroom on any given morning tugging on my hand and saying, “Mommy, Mommy, wake up!  Its morning time!” The sun was just starting to rise with the sky still lit with red rays turning orange and then bright yellow.  God woke me up just in time to see His display of beauty.  Even though I was tired, I couldn’t resist.

I get out of bed and I sit on the floor looking out the window over the horizon, quietly being still and waiting for the Lord to speak.  I didn’t sense too much immediately except that I was enjoying the quiet tranquility of the morning as I thought about God.  I prayed for a little while, and I felt like God wanted me to read some scripture and that He would speak with me there.  I ran downstairs to get a cup of coffee and then got my computer to start studying.  I received an email from a Bible website that I am subscribed to that sends me daily scriptures.  As I opened my email, I read John 8:12 (NIV):

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world.

Whoever follows me will NEVER walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

I clicked the link to take me to the scripture reference and there it was.  God began to speak to me and open my eyes.   I read this scripture many times before but I saw something different today.  I started to think about the profoundness and extravagance of this scripture.  Jesus says, “Whoever follows me will NEVER walk in darkness.” I thought that was a pretty bold promise that caught my attention.  How do you NEVER walk in darkness?  As I began to study, God started to speak about shadows and dispelling the shadows that we sometimes have in our lives that keeps us from hearing God clearly or seeing His vision for our lives.  Sometimes we have discouragements that come and go and they cause shadows to be formed that block THE  LIGHT of God in our lives which prevents us from hearing God’s direction, especially in times that we need to hear His voice the most.

As I began to delve into the Word of God, revelation after revelation began to pour out.  I started to be filled and encouraged by the Spirit of God and felt to share what with you what He shared with me.  Many times during the Christmas season, I become aware of how many people out there are hurting, depressed, going through crisis and financial difficulty or just simply feel lost and lonely.  For some, Christmas time is a joy where precious family moments are shared.  For others, it is a despised and even hated time of year because of something that reminds people of a past tragedy or perhaps they have no family to share the holiday’s with.  In the spirit realm, and as a prophet, I sometimes feel these heart cries in the atmosphere and I felt today that God just wanted to encourage somebody.  Someone needs a ray of hope.  Someone needs a warm embrace.  Someone just needs to hear, “I love you.”  Whatever the case may be for you, God put it on my heart to share this word of encouragement to whoever would desire to drink of the fountain of life from the word of the Lord today.

Both are vital to the Gospel … but exactly how?

The Bible presents Adam as the first man, and gives the Lord Jesus Christ the curious title of ‘the last Adam’ (1 Corinthians 15:45). What does this term mean, and why is it given? What are the similarities between Adam and Jesus that warrant Jesus having this title? What are the differences?

Adam and Jesus compared

1. A miraculous beginning

The Bible tells us that the first man, Adam, was created by God, in His image and likeness, directly from the dust of the ground. God breathed into Adam’s nostrils the breath of life, and he became a living soul (Genesis 1:26–27; 2:7). Thus, Adam was not the product of some form of theistic evolution.¹ God did not make him in the image or likeness of an ape, nor from a ‘lower hominid’ by any lengthy or even abrupt mutational processes.² Rather God created Adam as an immediate act, by His word (i.e. by commanding or willing this to happen), at some time on the sixth day of Creation week.³

While Adam was made in the image of God, Christ is ‘the image of the invisible God’ (Colossians 1:15).

The Bible tells us that the last Adam, Jesus Christ, was the One through whom God created all things (John 1:1–3; Colossians 1:15–20; Hebrews 1:2). Thus Jesus was pre-existent with God the Father and God the Holy Spirit before Adam lived (John 8:58; Micah 5:2).⁴ Nevertheless, in His humanity, He too had a miraculous beginning when He was incarnated as a human being—conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (Matthew 1:20–23; Luke 1:26–35).

2. Perfect, innocent, holy

Adam was created a perfect man, in full possession of all human faculties, and with a God-consciousness which enabled him to have spiritual communion with God. Initially innocent, sinless, and holy, he was in a right relationship to God, to woman, to himself, and to the natural world around him.

The last Adam, Jesus, was also perfectly man, one with God (John 10:30; 17:21-22), innocent, sinless, and holy (Hebrews 7:26). Many people mistakenly refer to Jesus Christ as the ‘second Adam’, a term not found in the Bible. However, Scripture refers to Christ as the ‘second man’ (1 Corinthians 15:47). There have been many men since Adam, but Jesus Christ was only the second man to ever be completely without sin.

Unlike the first Adam, the Lord Jesus was, in addition, divine, having the attributes, offices, prerogatives, and names of deity. Being fully God, He is worthy of worship (e.g. Revelation 5:11–14).

3. Humanity’s head

Adam was the head of the human race. Jesus Christ is the head of redeemed humanity (see, for example, Ephesians 5:23). Since Christ died once for all time (Hebrews 7:27; 9:28; 10:10–14), there will never be the need for any further ‘Adam.’ Hence He is the last Adam.

4. Both givers of life

The first Adam gave life to all his descendants. The last Adam, Jesus Christ, communicates ‘life’ and ‘light’ to all men, and gives eternal life to those who receive Him and believe on His name, giving them ‘power to become the sons of God’ (John 1:1–14).

5. Two rulers

Adam, representing mankind, was given dominion over the created world (Genesis 1:26). After being raised from the dead, Jesus Christ was elevated to God’s right hand, and given dominion over all things, which were ‘put under his feet.’ (1 Corinthians 15:27; Ephesians 1:20–22). The first Adam was lord over a limited domain, the last Adam is Lord of all (Acts 10:36).

6. A deep sleep produces a beautiful bride

Genesis 2:21-23 tells us that God put Adam into a deep sleep, during which time God made Adam’s bride, Eve, from Adam’s side—a wound in Adam’s side produced a bride! Note that once again theistic evolution is excluded. The text says that God made them male and female at the beginning (Genesis 1:27; 2:7; Matthew 19:4). If Adam and Eve had been sub-human before God breathed life into them, they would already have been male and female, without the need for God to have made them so at this stage.

After the last Adam, Jesus, died upon the cross—suffering the sleep of death for everyone—His side was pierced by a spear thrust (John 19:34). In His death he paid the penalty for mankind’s sins (1 Corinthians 15:1–4). Those who repent and put their faith in Him are united with Christ in a relationship which the Bible likens to that of a bride towards her husband (2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:27; Revelation 19:6–8). Thus a wound in the last Adam’s side also produced a bride—the true Church!—‘a glorious bride, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing … holy and without blemish’ (Ephesians 5:27).

7. A momentous testing

At the beginning of Adam’s life he underwent a period of testing as to whether or not he would obey God.⁵ ‘And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die’ (Genesis 2:16–17).

At the beginning of the last Adam’s ministry, Jesus was led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted (or tested—Greek: peirazò) by the devil (Matthew 4:1; Luke 4:1).⁶

8. A great failure and a great victory

The first Adam failed the test, and in doing so involved all humanity in his defeat, dragging the human race down with him.⁷ As a result, in Adam we all stand condemned, spiritually bankrupt, enslaved to sin, and expelled from Paradise (Romans 5:12 ff.).

The last Adam, Jesus, was victorious over sin, the flesh, and the devil. As a result, in Christ, believers stand justified and redeemed, spiritually wealthy, liberated from sin, and included in the Paradise of God (Romans 5:18 ff.; 1 Corinthians 15:21 ff.; Revelation 2:7).

9. Disobedience vs obedience

The first Adam disobeyed God. The last Adam was ‘obedient unto death, even the death of the cross’ (Philippians 2:8).

10. Judgment and death

The first Adam experienced the judgment of God—he ultimately died and his body turned to dust. Because of his sin, death came upon all men, ‘For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God’ (Romans 3:23).

The last Adam, Jesus Christ, also died—on the cross—to atone for sin (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 3:18; Hebrews 2:9). But He did not stay dead, nor did His body ‘see corruption’ (Acts 2:27; 13:35–37). On the third day He rose again, thereby overcoming the devil and the power of death for all those who believe in Him (Hebrews 2:14), and bringing resurrection from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:22-23).

11. Curse and restoration

Creation was originally ‘very good’ (Genesis 1:31), so the ‘last enemy’, death (1 Corinthians 15:26) was absent. Even the animals were originally all given plants to eat (Genesis 1:30). The actions of the first Adam brought a reign of death and bloodshed upon a once-perfect world, which ever since has been groaning in pain (Romans 8:22).⁸ Precisely because of the blood shed in death by the last Adam, this curse of death and bloodshed will be removed, and creation restored to a sinless, deathless state (Revelation 21:1; 21:4; 22:3).

Conclusion

We are all connected with the first Adam (the natural and legal head of the human race) as depraved and guilty sinners, and so are included in the sentence of death which God pronounced on him. However, all who are connected with the last Adam, Jesus, through repentance and faith in His redeeming work, are forgiven, have ‘received the free gift of righteousness’, and so ‘have passed from death to life’ (Colossians 1:14; Romans 5:17; 1 John 3:14).

References and notes

1. In Genesis chapters 1–5, the term ‘Adam’ is used specifically for a single person, not generically for the human race (although this occurs in chapter 6 ff). The Apostle Paul’s arguments in Romans 5:12-19 and 1 Corinthians 15:45—that death came into the world through one man’s disobedience, and the gift of righteousness through one man’s obedience—would fall to the ground if ‘Adam’ does not refer to one specific person in the accounts of Creation and the Fall. Paul also taught that Adam and Eve were real individuals in 1 Timothy 2:13–14.
   
2. In Genesis 2:7 (‘and man became a living soul’), the word ‘became’ shows that Adam was not already a living creature that evolved into another/different living creature when he was made. He became alive (a living soul) only when he was made. Note also that some theistic evolutionists claim that the dust of Genesis 2:7 from which Adam was made refers to man’s evolving from a beast, but if this was so, then the returning to dust after death of Genesis 3:19 would mean turning back into a beast. This is, of course, absurd.

4. Comparing the origins of the two Adams, the Apostle Paul writes: ‘The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven’ (1 Corinthians 15:47).
   
5. Since God created Adam with the power of moral choice, his obedience to God could be confirmed only in a situation where he had the choice either to obey or disobey God. Thus, at the beginning of Adam’s life, a period of probation was necessary, even though God foreknew it would result in the Fall.
   
6. We should not imagine that this was the only time in Jesus’ life that he was tempted by Satan, cf. Luke 4:13; 22:28; Hebrews 4:15; 5:8.
   
7. Note that Adam was in a pleasant garden, with plenty to eat, and was not hungry. Yet despite living in the best possible living conditions, he still sinned. Jesus was in the wilderness, with nothing to eat, and was very hungry.
   
8. This is a potent reason why long–age ‘interpretations’ of the Bible do so much damage to the logic of the Gospel message. The fossils show evidence of death, suffering and disease. If they existed millions of years before man, it means that these things were present before sin. There could not then have been any Curse on creation because of sin, and never any sinless, deathless condition to which all things will be restored (Acts 3:21).

These are very common questions that most of us ask ourselves and God orchestrates much of our lives to be an adventure and a learning discovery process.  Many times when I have personally pursued my calling, God would give me a directive or prophetic encouragement from His heart and then I would have to make a step of faith to “discover” what exactly He was talking about.  This has been quite scary at times but also very rewarding and adventurous.  So much so, that God has given me the privilege of raising up His warriors for these end times to birth forth a powerful army that God is proud of like a loving Father.

I love how down to earth God really is and I find that “down to earth” and “tangible” prophetic mentoring is what people need.  Forget all the “super spirituality” that is never really attainable to most and give people “real life” examples as a “real person” and they can relate to God more closely.  God never intended for us to rely on man 100% because that place in our hearts belongs to God.  At the same time Jesus set the example of “being human” and encourages us to be naturally supernatural as humans with faith and compassion as an extension of His warm embrace to others. He has given us the beautiful family of God to give and receive the “tangible” support that is needed so that we can “admonish and encourage” one another in love.

In memory of Bear Mederos (January 5^th, 1994 to February 5^th, 2010)

I think some time in many of our lives, if you are a pet lover, you will ask the question, “What happens to our pets after they die?”  This question came up for me on several occasions in my life with pets that I have had that I cared about and passed on.  But when I started a family of my own, it was just normal to have pets because we had kids.  When my children were little, we naturally wanted a dog.  We had an interest in Chow’s and had one a few years before but had to give her away when my first child was born because of apartment regulations.

We moved South to Atlanta from Minnesota and after my second child was born, we got a knock on the front door.  It was a neighbor who had two Chow’s and was giving one away.  One was a black Chow and one was a red Chow.  They gave us the red Chow which was a pure breed and looked almost exactly like the one we gave away previously except this one was a male.  He did have an eye lid that was flipped so we agreed to take him and take him to the vet to fix his eye lid.  After his eye lid surgery, we got him neutered.  We love Chow’s because they are so furry and they look like little bears.  So we naturally named our new Chow, “Bear.”  Bear was a puffball at 8 weeks old and was the cutest little puppy.  We were sad when we had to give our first one away so we were thrilled when someone gave Bear to us out of the blue.  He was a great addition to the family.

We went to parks, taught him tricks and had a large back yard for him to roam around in.  Sometimes Bear would be an inside dog and sometimes he would be an outside dog.  We especially loved how he grunted and snorted like a bear and a pig mixed together.  Especially when we pet his ears, he snorted like crazy.  He was great with our kids and had always been with us.  We just couldn’t imagine life without him.  He was part of our family.

As time went on and the kids grew older, Bear got older too.  He was a pretty healthy dog and we didn’t have many physical problems with him except for the normal occasional fleas for being an outside dog at times.  We would take him to the vet more than occasionally for shots and check ups here and there.  But for the most part, he was just a healthy dog.  We tried not to feed him too much table food when he got older. Our vet said he was at a good weight and keeping him thinner would extend his life instead of letting him get fat on table food.  So on average, Bear would weight 45-50 pounds.  He was a medium sized Chow.  Hi fur was a beautiful red/brown with a classic black tongue that is a Chow’s unique marking for their breed.

So about the last few years, we noticed he was experiencing darker skin coloration, hair loss and hip dysplasia.  The average life span for a Chow is about 12 years.  He began to have some thyroid problems which caused some of the discoloration in his skin and hair loss.  But other than that, he was still very active and didn’t seem to affect him much at first.  Then later he developed problems with his hips in the last two years, which was a common issue for Chow’s.  Over all his health was pretty great and he was just aging.  We felt very blessed to have a pretty healthy Chow as some of his minor ailments didn’t affect his quality of life very much.  We prayed for him quite a bit and my oldest son especially would pray that he would live a long life.

I can only imagine God answered the prayers of my kids when they prayed for Bear.  As time went on, God proved that this was a miracle dog and I learned so much from his life with our kids and with him being a part of our family.  Bear just brought us a lot of joy.  Other than the occasional accidents on the floor, he was potty trained very well but would slip when we forgot to take him out enough on a certain day.  Bear was very gentle and any time he ate from your hands, he was so good about not biting your finger as intimidating as he looked.  They are naturally aggressive dogs but we were able to tame him and he was just very friendly because he was around kids all the time.  Bear didn’t know what it was like to be alone except when we went on vacation.  He was part of our lives most of my children’s lives.  They all grew up together with him.  I had my third child when Bear was two years old, so even then he was still a young dog growing with all three of my kids.

Over the past year we knew Bear was getting older and he started to have a few old age occurrences.  Last Spring he punctured his left eye and we tried to save it but we ended up having to take it out through surgery.  That cost us about $500 and we were willing to pay for it rather than to put him to sleep.  We weren’t ready for that and felt he could live a good life with one eye.  After his surgery, he did pretty well and we enjoyed him a little longer knowing one of the reasons he lost his eye was because his sight was not as good at age 15 than when he was younger.  But we loved him and my kids were not ready to let him go just yet.  How God honors the desires of children and how he loves our families, even our dogs…because we love them.  I felt this was true, but over the next year, God proved to us how much He really does care about the little things in our lives as a family.  God loved Bear too as you will soon read.

One month after Bear lost his eye, we noticed a growth in his mouth underneath his tongue.  We felt that Bear was our miracle dog because he lived so much longer than his life span and God just kept honoring the prayers of my kids to give him long life.  When we took Bear to the vet to check out this growth, the doctor said there was good new and bad news.  The bad news was that it was a cancerous tumor and was malignant but the good news was that it wasn’t Melanoma cancer.  This meant that the type of cancer he had was a type of bone cancer and was a slow growing kind.  It was not as aggressive as Melanoma.  At that time, we felt God was giving us time to enjoy Bear and was preparing us to eventually say good-bye.  I was more concerned for my kids being able to handle that type of grief loosing a pet that was apart of the family all their lives.  That would be like losing a beloved family member.  So we did the necessary surgery to get the tumor taken out of Bear’s mouth and only cost us $100 to do so.  Again, we felt it was better to do the surgery than to put him asleep.  We felt his time wasn’t just yet and I really wanted my kids to have more time to get used to the idea that someday, we will have to say good-bye to our good friend.

Bear was such a miracle dog to me from the beginning.  I was amazed at how healthy he really was for his breed and his age.   The doctor said these are just things that come with old age and it could have been worse.  At age 15 he did really well with his eye surgery and then a month later he did really well with surgery to take the tumor out of his mouth.  He continued to live with us for a little while longer.  We were so grateful to catch his tumor in time where it was still small enough to take care of.  The doctor said he still had cancer in his bones but that it might not be something he would die from at his age because it was the slow growing type.  We were hoping to have him for another year.  God in His mercy heard our prayers.

Then, right before thanksgiving of 2009, we had a terrible thing happen.  My husband took Bear out in the middle of the night to let him do his business and he forgot to bring him back inside the house.  We usually didn’t chain Bear up cause we would let him out for a few minutes and call him back inside and was usually very quick.  But on this day, my husband fell asleep on the couch and the next day passed.  It wasn’t until 13 hours later that we realized Bear was missing.  He wasn’t in my bedroom sleeping on the floor so I assumed he was in my son’s room and my son thought the same that he was in our room.  So we finally realized what had happened.  My husband was so tired from a hard days work that he barely remembered the night before and how he forgot to bring Bear into the house.

For the next few hours we went searching in the cold rain for Bear, walking and driving the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods to see if we could find him.  We asked neighbors if they saw him but to no avail.  We thought he wouldn’t be able to get too far since he was already old, his hearing wasn’t that good and because his sight wasn’t that great in his good eye.  Our main concern was that it was cold and he had no food.  The first night passed by and I was so upset.  My family was upset.  After all these years, we had never lost Bear and now that he was older and more feeble, was not the best time to lose him.  I thought for sure he would be gnawed by another dog in a fight or worst yet, get hit by a car if he left the subdivision.

The second night had passed and I was really upset.  I tried to accept that maybe Bear wasn’t coming back and it would be a miracle if he did.  It was day two, it was cold and rainy and the more time passed by, we felt the less chance we had to see him again.  I prayed and cried out to God to find him. He always had in the past if we lost him for 20 minutes in the neighborhood but we had never lost him overnight.  In my distress and my children’s distress, we called upon intercessors from our ministry to pray for him.  I had always prayed prayers over my family for protection and God has always protected us from many things and to me that included my entire household and extended family and Bear was my family to me.  I would always pray healing over him and teach the kids to practice healing on him declaring the blood of Jesus over our family was a regular thing.  Its just a way of life for us appropriating the blood of Christ for lots of situations and protection was one of them, especially for sending my kids off to school every day and as my husband would drive to work everyday.  Its just something you don’t’ live without in this family.

The third day was upon us and I kept holding on hoping against hope.  Some of my students in my online class prayed and believed and even prophesied we would find him.  I prayed for God to return him to us.  The night before I went into a deep intercession and told the enemy to take his hands off my dog and I cried out to God and said, “NOT THIS WAY GOD!  NOT THIS WAY!!!” I knew we might have to put him too sleep when it was time because of his old age but to find him dead on the street and the fact that he was out there alone, hungry, tired and in the dark was just not acceptable for me.  It just didn’t feel right.  Some of my students offered comfort to us as a family in their prayers as they agreed with us for God to bring him back home safely.  I held on to those prayers.  One such prayer through a student said to hold on and not lose hope that God was going to kiss me the next morning and to just get some rest for the night.

Throughout the entire 3 days that Bear was missing, my heart was grieved and yet at the same time I was trying to prepare myself to accept the fact that he was gone.  I had been calling the dog pound daily and doing research on the Internet as to how to alert the neighborhood of a missing dog.  I gave thorough descriptions of Bear to the dog pound to make sure they would call me if anyone turned him in.  I also thought for sure someone would call since he had his collar on with his rabies tag.  If they called that number, the vet would call us that he was found.

So the third morning, I got up and had gotten some rest from an intense night of intercession over my dog.  I felt Bear was longing for us.  I could feel that in the spirit realm.  It felt like losing a child in the night to me.  I could feel Bears heart cry to find us.  I don’t’ know how to explain it but I just did.  It is what caused me to to go into a deep intercession over him to bind and break anything that would cause him harm and to bring his death before his time.  As far as I was concerned, I felt like choosing his day of death was a family matter and not something for the devil to decide by taking him away from us even if it was an innocent accident of forgetting to bring him back into the house that night.  I have seen God cover our mistakes before and recompense some bad decisions we made just because we were human and things just happen.  I knew God was a God of recompense.  I just had this terrible gnawing in my stomach that I just didn’t want the devil to kill my dog through another dog in a dog fight or by a car hitting him.  I didn’t feel that was my portion as a child of God.  I definitely put in some demands to God that night during intercession.  Talk about bombarding heaven.  I felt He was wanting me to and to take authority.  So I did.

After having my cup of coffee, I decided to call the dog pound one more time that morning.  My kids were home from school during their Thanksgiving break.  They were just as heartbroken as I was and they were missing to hold Bear just as much as I was.  When I called the pound, they said nothing had shown up.  I said, “Thank you.”  As I was talking to my kids that morning, we asked ourselves, “How could Bear survive at his age for 3 days and 3 nights out there on his own?”  We said if God brings him back to us, we would call him Bear-Lazarus for bringing him home.  It would be nothing than miraculous at this point.  We knew if he came home, it just wasn’t his time yet and certainly not for the devil to take his life.  We had thought about putting him to sleep but only when it was the right time to do it.  We wanted him to have a peaceful departing without suffering and a tragic death is not what we were willing to accept so easily.

Then the miraculous happened!  In the midst of our conversation, the telephone suddenly rings.  I recognize the phone number is from the dog pound.  I said, “Hello?” The lady on the other end was a worker at the dog pound.  She said, “I think we found your dog.” I was like, “Really? Are you serious?” She verified his description and I asked if he was okay.  She said she thought so.  A woman had spotted him on the main road right in front of the entrance of our subdivision and called him in.  She was unsure if he was hit by a car because he walked with a limp but he actually had not been hit.  He limped because of his hip dysplasia.  But the worker said, “I think he’s fine.” She realized he was in tact and was just limping.  All the while this conversation was going on, I was so overjoyed and eager to go pick him up.  As I was getting directions from the worker as to their location, I was talking with her and crying at the same time with such a shriveled and excited voice and babbling with my lips because I just could not hold back the tears and the overwhelming emotion I felt that he was miraculously found.  You should have seen me.  I was a joyful mess.  That was the kiss on my face from God and to my family that one of my students prophesied to me about.  He truly kissed my pain away in an instant just like the prayers prophetically said it would happen.  Everything was according to word of the Lord.  I was so proud of my students for that, especially that our schools that we conduct are on learning how to hear the voice of God.  They not only heard the voice of God, they prophetically called Bear-Lazarus to come forth and he did in the most amazing way!

We immediately got in the car, brought some doggy biscuits, a blanket and zoomed out of the driveway.  When we got to the pound, sure enough it was good ol’ Bear Bear (as we call him.)  He did look very dehydrated and he even lost a few pounds.  I just couldn’t believe he survived those three days on his own out in the wilderness of neighborhoods, dangerous roads and lots of forest trees.  When I saw him, I realized he never did have his collar on in the first place.  There was absolutely no way that someone could turn him in from his rabies tag.  He simply didn’t have it on and all the while I was thinking someone would turn him in because of his rabies tag.  It was more of a miracle than I realized.  A woman just happened to spot Bear right when he was approaching a very dangerous road with high speed vehicles.  It was a miracle he wasn’t killed that way.  Or worse yet, hit by a car and survive the hit with excruciating pain.  That would have been the worst for him. It would have been totally devastating to find his carcass on the side of the road coming home from grocery shopping or something. That is definitely not something I wanted my kids to see or experience.  That would have been very upsetting.

I was just so amazed of God’s love that day and how he cares about even the little things in our lives.  Our pets might not mean anything to anybody else, but they sure mean something to us.  We also have a flame point Himalayan Persian whose name is Romeo and has the most beautiful white fur and biggest blue eyes.  We call him Me-Me for short.  Bear-Bear and Me-Me are a definite part of our family.  God proved to me once again and He proved to my kids of not only His tender love for us and His favor over us, but also that He also loves Bear-Bear and Me-Me.  He loves them because they are His creation but more importantly, because we love them and they are special to us.  They are apart of our family memories and fun.  God loves them because we love them.  Bears time of death of how and when was important to God because it was important to us and to our kids.  God really does honor the faith of children and I am His child too although I am the mom of the family.  I am also Bear’s and Romeo’s mommy.   God just cares about every part of our lives.

After we had Bear back in our arms, we celebrated his return with feasting and gave him lots water, food and dog treats.  And you guessed it, we gave him a nice warm bath.  He was absolutely dirty from being in the elements for three days.  You can imagine how exhausted he was. I don’t think he even slept.  I feel like he searched and searched until he found us.  That confirms why I was feeling his heart cry in the middle of the night in my intercessions the nights before.   He just has this incredible will to live and he survived.  God was with him and watching over him the whole time.  When I prayed Psalm 91 over him like I do the rest of my family, God totally honored that.  He led him home.  He put it on a woman’s heart to call the pound to turn Bear in.  Perhaps she just wanted to get a stay dog off the road or maybe she had compassion so that a car would not hit him, but either way, God used it for our good.  God works in mysterious ways and causes a chain of events to work in our favor especially when we pray.  That day, God’s love shouted out to us from the sky!

After recovering Bear from that terrible ordeal, we had lots to be thankful for during the Thanksgiving holiday and the preciousness of family, including our pets as our family.  It is just important to God and I thank God for his love and mercy for us.  We continued to discuss when the right time would be to put Bear to sleep because of his old age but Thanksgiving and Christmas was not the time.  I didn’t want the holidays to be a time when my kids remembered Bears going home.  So we continued to pray and wait for the right time.  Bear recovered from his three-day adventure pretty quickly and we enjoyed him for a little while longer.

As the holiday passed, the New Year came.  Bear’s 16^th birthday was January 5^th, 2010.  We were amazed that Bear lived long enough to see his 16^th birthday.  He was beginning to limp a little bit more and the aging process was evident that his time was near.  We noticed more and more that he started to become a little more restless through the night as he would pace the house and even whimper with some doggy cries.  We tried to comfort him as much as we could as he had good days and bad days.  We concluded he was having some pain but unsure of how much pain.  There were times he seemed quite content and then nights that he never slept at all and then kept us awake as well.  We knew his arthritis was getting worse to the point where he was having trouble getting up on his feet over the last year, but especially the last month we saw a decline.  He just had such a strong will to get up and go and it was just his nature to fight.  Chow’s are bred to fight and they just have an incredible strong will, which he had.  He wasn’t only my miracle dog but he was a warrior at heart.

Then the day came.  As a family we saw that Bear was starting to get to a place where he was starting to suffer more and more.  Putting him to sleep was not an easy decision and yet we knew it was inevitable we would have to make the call sooner or later.  Then on February 5^th, 2010, we took Bear to the vet for his going home.  I was unsure if I wanted to be present when he died when they actually administered the shot.  But my 19 year old daughter wanted to be there for him so I decided to be there too for her sake.   I wasn’t sure how I was going to take that.  The last time I experienced a close death in the family was when my father died of cancer at the age of 17.   Although I was healed from all of that, I just didn’t want to see Bear die.

As it turned out, the vet decided to sedate Bear first to relax him and it gave us an opportunity to love on him and say good-bye one more time.  When he finally got the shot, he panted a little bit and he was gone within 60 seconds.  It was very painless and peaceful to say the least. It was a good call on the part of the doctor to sedate him first.  For that reason I was glad I was there with him.  She probably did that more for us.  But it was a good decision because it ensured that Bear would feel nothing at all and was just like going to sleep permanently.

My heart ached after it was all over with because I don’t have Bear roaming around the house anymore after 16 years, but I knew we did the best we could for him and he had the best going away anyone could ever have, even better than most humans.  I saw God’s hand in the whole thing.  How He cared about Bear because we did.  How God loved Bear, because we loved him.  How God loved Bear because He gave him to us in the first place.  I learned so much about God’s love through my own dog.

I definitely had questions about what would happen to Bear eternally.  I know that animals don’t need salvation like humans because they don’t sin like we do.  So it is quite normal to ask God, “Will Bear go to heaven?” I think almost everyone that has lost a beloved pet will ask God the same question.  How do we know? I have researched and it is a controversial subject but one thing I know, is that Bear won’t go to hell.  He certainly benefited from our salvation because God granted him long life, miraculously returned him to us when he was lost, and lived a good long healthy life.  I think the main reason why Bear lived so long is because we always gave him affection.  Even when we got frustrated with him if he ever dared to do his business in the house, he was quite forgiving soon after.  We saw the love of God in Bear.  He was a unique creation.  He wasn’t human yet he had his own personality all his own and He mattered to us because he grew up with my kids and was a member of our family.

I learned that Bear was important to God because he was important to us and my kids and the lesson of God’s love through His creation is something I would have overlooked had I not had this beautiful Chow for 16 years.  I think we as humans can be so cold to think that our pets are not that significant, when they really are.  Of course they are not as valuable as humans, but we certainly do love them anyway in their proper perspective.  They are members of our families and they can bring a lot of joy and healing to our human lives.  After all, in the Garden of Eden, God gave dominion over the animals and we are to be good stewards over them.

So you might ask me if I believe Bear is in heaven?  My answer is yes to that!  Not based on salvation, but based on God’s love.  Just like I believe I will see singing birds and butterflies, and beautiful flowers and trees in heaven, I believe Bear will be there with the lion and the lamb playing together as one happy family.  In fact I had a dream the night Bear died that there was this big house and I was sitting outside in the front yard on the green grass.  There was a den of lions next to the house and Bear was in there and although I didn’t see him, I knew that’s where he hung out and played.  And two large lions were on the front grass with me rolling in the grass.  I was a little apprehensive at first because I didn’t know if they were going to hurt me.  As one female lion got close to me and looked at me with curiosity, I commanded her to lay down and roll over.  She did exactly that and rolled and played in the grass.  When I woke up, I realized I must have been sitting in the lawn of my own heavenly mansion enjoying the day.  One of the reasons I was always fascinated with Chow’s is because they do look so much like lions with all of their fur.  I think it is prophetic for me in some ways because it reminds me of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. I even have a large portrait of a male lion over my fireplace mantle to this day.  I suppose it is something significant to me that I feel about God and about heaven.

Bear is not with us anymore in this physical realm, but he lives in our hearts and those memories are precious to us.  He impacted our lives and this article was written in memory of him and to testify of God’s love for our family and for Bear.  I saw Bear benefit from my salvation.  The scripture says that me and my household will be saved and I think that scripture is worth looking into a little further.  If my pets can feed off the crumbs of my salvation, how much more will God save and love our loved ones and the humans in our lives that are so near and dear to us.  Just like when God said he cares for the little sparrows and the flowers of the field, I saw Him care for my Bear Bear, even to the day he died.  If it was important to us for Bear to have a painless and peaceful going home, then it was important to God.  God just proved to me through all of this how much He really cares about every little detail of our lives.  I not only read that truth in scripture, but I see this manifested in my life in living color.  I don’t know why God loves me so much and my family and my pets.  He just does.  God is love.  He can’t help it.  And because God is love, He knows I want to see my loved one’s in heaven and that included my dog.  I know as humans we have choices.  Just like the husband is sanctified by the wife and the wife is sanctified by the husband, there are some bread crumbs from the table that our pets will benefit from.

During the first week after Bear passed away, I admit I had a hard time with heart pain and grief.  One morning I was spending time in prayer as God was ministering to me, I cried so deeply because I felt so much love for him.  There was a song in my heart that I had been hearing for several days so I decided to turn it on.  Apparently God wanted to wash over me with His love and comfort and He did just that.  He covered me with the healing balm of Gilead as He showed me in prayer a vision where Jesus was in my backyard, playing with Bear and throwing a Frisbee.  I actually saw Bear when he was younger…maybe about 3 years old at his prime.  He was a young adult dog.  I also saw that he had a glorified body.  I saw a glimpse of our existence after we die and as we are with God.  I thought of the transfiguration of Christ in the Bible and the glimpse in scripture of what our glorified bodies will be like.  I didn’t know this would be for animals too.  But soon after searching the scriptures, I saw that heaven is for non-human creation as well.  Animals have a soul and spirit like we do, yet they are not sinners like humans.  They have no broken connection with the Creator.  Redemption and salvation is for us humans, yet God subjected the animal kingdom to our dominion and as a result they suffer pain, sickness and death like we do.  Not because it was their fault, but because God ordered it that way.  Romans 8:19-25 (AMP) reveals this truth:

“19 For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]. 20 For the creation (nature) was subjected to frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it–[yet] with the hope 21 That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God’s children. 22 We know that the whole creation [of irrational creatures] has been moaning together in the pains of labor until now. 23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the firstfruits of the [Holy] Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] groan inwardly as we wait for the redemption of our bodies [from sensuality and the grave, which will reveal] our adoption (our manifestation as God’s sons). 24 For in [this] hope we were saved. But hope [the object of] which is seen is not hope. For how can one hope for what he already sees? 25 But if we hope for what is still unseen by us, we wait for it with patience and composure.”

There are a lot of people that can probably argue about our pets having souls and spirits and if they go to heaven or not.  Let those religious arguments go to waste.  Believing if our pets go to heaven is not an issue of salvation.  It is based on a loving God who loves His creation and He decides what He wants to do with them, not our theology.   I trust God more than I do man’s theology.  I know God loves me and wherever Bear is, he is safe and sound and he has no more pain and is resting in peace with Jesus at this moment. He came into this world with a whole lot of love, and he left this world with a whole lot of love. 

“Thank you Jesus for the gift you gave us.  Forgive us for the times we ever neglected him and took him for granted.  May we learn to love our families and loved ones and fellow human beings all the more and savor the precious moments of family love all the days of our lives.  If anything, I have seen your unconditional love expressed in your creation and no one can take that treasure away from me because you have etched that into my very heart for all eternity.   I thank you and love you for that.  Give Bear a big hug for me!”

The Call of God to an Army of Supernatural Women!

The Lord is saying, “I have My eyes on you, daughters of the Most High God. You have not been forgotten and you will surely rise to your destiny in this last day move of My Spirit. You have been crying out and you have been birthing like a pregnant woman in labor about to give birth to the new thing I am doing in the earth.”

He is saying, “Hold on! Your labor has not been in vain and your seeds of tears will reap a harvest of joy! Many children are you birthing and many lives will come to Me because of you. Hear oh Prophetic Women, you who love My heart, you who have poured out your life, engaging your soul in intercession and birthing supernatural miracles in the hidden places of divine conception—Heaven has come to you now!”

Prophetic Women Are Being Caught Up into His Presence

Like a new breed of Marys on the rise, God has implanted His divine seed in the hearts of many women around the world who hear His voice—who are being trained, who mother in the natural and in the spirit, who have nurtured, who have fought like an army of Warrior Brides, who have been faithful in times of persecution and times of hardship. They are making room and preparing the way of the Lord for a supernatural move of the Spirit to accomplish His will on the earth as it is in Heaven.

There are specific whirlwinds of the supernatural presence of the Lord where prophetic women of all walks of life are being “caught up” into the glory cloud of God and receiving divine visitations, divine impartations, divine healings, divine direction, divine strategies, divine wisdom and divine favor as they realize this is not the storm of the enemy, but the very high wind velocity of the Spirit of God.

Times and events are moving rapidly and the Lord is saying, “Come up here! For there is yet a work to do that I have planned especially for you that is higher than your thoughts and higher than your ways and extends to the highest Heavens if you will hold My hand; hold on and trust Me and I will teach you to soar with eagles wings.”

God’s women of all ages, races and cultures are emerging from the hidden places of obscurity to the frontlines of favor. They are like a generation of Esthers and Deborahs with a supernatural edge that is breathtaking and soothing to the soul. The older women’s wisdom is deep like a well of living water that never runs dry and has been prepared by the Lord—that is ready for drinking. The younger women will exude life and vibrancy that reveals the beauty of the glory of the Lord that is contagious with the joy of the Lord.

Even the little girls and babies hold the preciousness of newness of life that reflects the very face of God and the nature of Heaven. When you look into their eyes, you see Heaven there. For the purity and innocence they possess is without question the very attributes of our Lord embodied in these little ones who are called by His name.

God’s women are tender and kind with hearts of compassion, built with a warrior instinct like a lioness who cares for her cubs, nurturing and protecting the glory of the Lord while building the Kingdom of God. They are natural nurturers who feed and protect, support and encourage and train and develop. These are the attributes God is using in a supernatural way which He is causing to come to the forefront. The Lord is taking them higher in their capacity to nurture from a natural level to a supernatural level like never before.

To the broken they bring healing. To the homeless they bring hospitality and refuge. To the addicted they bring freedom of life. To the rejected they pour in God’s acceptance and love to bring restoration where there has been devastation, trauma and tragedy. They war on behalf of their brothers and sisters, the Church, the lost—supporting men and women in spiritual battle who are called to set the captives free in every nation around the world. They are robed with supernatural favor, with righteousness and with a scepter of authority to bring down the strongholds of the enemy with the weapons of warfare called “God’s love.” They were born for divine relationship. They were born to display the beauty of the Lord.

Ambassadors of the Most High

Culture will not dictate to these powerful women of God, but they will be led forth by the Spirit of God as ambassadors of the Most High to do a special work in their own special way. They are a powerful army but they are also individuals who are very much loved by the Lord, each and every one. They are paving the way for the upcoming generations to learn to stand as a “gateway from Heaven to earth,” operating in the power of God with Godly wisdom, character and integrity.

They are anointed to teach and instruct, preach and prophesy, engaging in the heavenly realms, moving in the supernatural, peering into the future of what is to come—all the while equipping a generation to know how to walk intimately with the Lord with deep devotion, and they are not afraid to fight in spiritual battle as co-laborers with Christ. They are soldiers at heart, lovers of God, nurturers of the human heart, and are God’s watch-women on the wall ready to move at the Lord’s command at any moment’s notice.

Highly skilled in sensitivity, they are naturally gifted by God to feel the heartbeat of the Lord in a very unique and special way. They are masters of social skill, able to communicate the heart and mind of the Lord with clarity and conviction. They are intelligent, brave, tender-hearted, passionate and bold as lions in their pursuit of following hard after the Lord with their whole heart—empowered by the Spirit of God with His anointing and His grace. The essence of Godly virtue is their strength and the fear of the Lord is their privilege which molds them into the image of Christ with deepest humility. They are women of virtue.

Proverbs 31:25-26 says, “Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she smiles at the future. She opens her mouth in wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

She is capable, strong, powerful and equipped with the very virtue of Christ. These beautiful ones in the sight of the Lord are mighty women of valor who are hearing the voice of the Lord calling them with clarity. They are not afraid to stand, not afraid to war, not afraid to give preference to their fellow brothers and sisters in genuine Godly humility as they yield themselves as servants and handmaidens of the Lord. The Lord is causing a new Godly confidence to arise from deep within to prepare them for the days ahead as they are given insight, foresight and apostolic strategy that are behind the scenes—the hidden treasures of the Lord who are bursting forth as a prototype of what the Bride of Christ will look like at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

They Will Shine Forth in Remarkable Brilliance

These are pioneers of newer and higher dimensions in the Lord that have been granted access into the heavenly realms as never before. They are secured in His love as they are first called to be intimate worshipers of God with a supernatural grace, live in forgiveness and extend mercy towards the injustices they may have incurred throughout the generations. Like Stephen, who was a man full of faith and Holy Ghost power, this mighty army of God’s prophetic women will do great wonders and miracles among the people. Because they are so hidden in the love of God, the gaze of the glory of the Lord will shine forth from their countenance in remarkable brilliance.

The Lord says, “Her face is like the face of an angel. She will look steadfastly into Heaven and see the glory of the God and be a living testimony of one who lives under the open heavens of the Lord Most High. She is seated in heavenly places and many will gaze upon her and see the favor and pleasure of the Lord that is resting upon her shoulders in whom I am well pleased and have anointed and appointed for such a time as this.”

Her voice is gentle and sweet and her heart is compassionate, proclaiming the Word of the Lord with boldness and producing peace and hope in the hearts of mankind. She is sensitive to the heart of the Lord as a Bride is in love with her Bridegroom. Deeply marinated in the love of the Father, these mighty armies of women have been training their inner perceptions as they have been gazing upon the face of the Lord in the midst of adversity. They have been learning at the feet of Jesus, broken like the alabaster box and now ready to be poured out to the nations as a sweet and beautiful fragrance to the Lord.

They are leaders and mothers, business women and politicians; they are housewives and pastors, prophets and seers, teachers and nurses, sisters and grandmothers, homemakers and children of the Lord who have crowned the King of Kings with their worship and praise as He is moved with compassion and love to restore the hearts and lives of many of these precious souls whom He cherishes with an undying love.

Prophesy Daughters of Zion, Prophesy!

The Lord is saying, “Come to Me, sweet daughters of Mine, and I will heal your broken hearts. I will heal your broken dreams. For the land that you once knew as desolate has become a land of promise flowing with milk and honey. You are of a different spirit, a different breed, of a different kind. Sit with Me in heavenly places that I may use you as a ‘gateway from Heaven to earth’—releasing supernatural signs and wonders that can only be released as you are hidden and rested in My love.”

God is calling, wooing, honoring and healing many women from the valley of dry bones. Like Ezekiel prophesied to the dead bones in Ezekiel 37:1-14, the Lord is saying to His prophetic women, “Prophesy daughters of Zion, prophesy! Call forth that which is not into that which will be and watch new life emerge within your being that will pour forth from your lips of praise as words of beauty, words of healing and words of comfort be dispersed to My people. Prophesy the Word of the Lord in your desolate places and be redeemed of the ancient ruins of the past.

“Call forth the way of the Lord into existence—the road of your future with the oracles of God that have been deeply planted in your hearts. Do not listen to the voice of the enemy. Only listen to what I say about you. Open your vision to a brighter day. Write down what you see ahead in a book of remembrance. Your beauty has captured My heart,” says the Lord. “The beauty of your heart, the beauty of your sacrifice, the beauty of your countenance and the beauty of your inner being towards Me have become a song in My heart.”

The Lord is Singing and Dancing Over His Girls

The Lord is singing over His vast army of women in these last days. A new song of restoration is being released. The Heavens will display new wonders as a result of the song that God sings over them. Generational curses will be broken, emotional bondages will be healed. Godly relationships will be renewed and broken ones will not be too late for God to restore. God is singing and rejoicing over His women as they are emerging to a greater level of authority and power and virtue in Christ.

The Lord is saying, “There is more, so much more! Open your eyes and dare to receive My favor upon you in a new way. Stretch forth your hands which hang down and dare to dream again. I have promised to wipe away the tears of despair and make new your shattered dreams. Am I not the God of resurrection that can breathe new life into that which is dead? Is this too difficult for Me? Surely not! Your dreams are not dead, just sleeping. Daughters of Zion, come forth!”

The Lord is literally dancing and singing over His girls in this season. He is preparing a banqueting table for them in the presence of their enemies. Jesus is the One who is personally serving them at His banqueting table bestowing honor, value, dignity and perfect love upon them as with their own personal crown. Like a royal wedding banquet, the Lord is feasting and celebrating His women who are precious in His sight.

“Taste and see that the Lord is good and eat of My goodness, drink of My love for the time of singing has come. Your time of celebration is here! Spring is in bloom and the winter is over. Rejoice, daughters of the Most High, rejoice! Dance, sing, and clap your hands! Let the songs of the Lord be released from your innermost being and birth life, for I am giving you many children to bear with joy! I am celebrating YOU!” says the Lord.

This is a New Day of Joy

As a result of God’s move on the earth in the release of the daughters of Zion in greater measure, the Lord is healing barrenness and many barren wombs will open and will be a sign that the Lord has opened up the natural and spiritual wombs of many of His daughters. Fruitfulness and multiplication will pour forth in supernatural measure that will be a sign and a wonder on the earth.

The enemy will not close up the womb of God’s women any longer, nor will he kill the birth of her children as she is hidden in the secret place of the Most High under the protection of the wings of the angel of the Lord. God has appointed the angelic host of Heaven to guard that which He is birthing. That which was doomed to death will actually live instead. Like Moses was hidden and spared for a divine purpose to deliver the children of Israel, so shall a generation of deliverers be born and raised up for the glory of the Lord as a result of the labor pains of these chosen ones.

This is a new day of joy for God’s chosen women. It is a day to celebrate! It is a new day of giving birth to the move of the Spirit that will not become a stillborn because it is a sovereign move of the Spirit on the last day generation of Esthers and Deborahs.

The Lord is saying, “Believe again My daughters. Dare to believe the impossible and you will receive the impossible as you move into a new realm of the supernatural. I have chosen you for this time and you will be My beautiful Esthers and Deborahs in the land of the living, raising up that which was dead, delivering the oppressed and redeeming that which was lost. Restoring hope to the hopeless, your message is that of hope and good news as you are seated in heavenly places with Me; and seated in heavenly places you will remain which I have ordained for you from the foundations of the world.

The Spirit of the Lord is brooding and hovering over the earth once again in a very unique and powerful way as we approach a new and different season of spiritual and economic harvest. This harvest will counteract the attempts of devastation against the American and global economy as God is releasing a new quickening in the Spirit and a shifting of hearts as we approach the year 2008. We will begin to see a rapid rise and explosion of entrepreneurial fire over the next 5 years extending and leveling out to about 10 years as fresh entrepreneurial anointing hits the marketplace with an unusual economic move of His Spirit.

The Lord is saying, “There are attacks the enemy is planning right now, but I am raising up a new standard of protection for this nation with tidal waves of offensive and defensive strategies that will overtake and consume every last economic enemy until they are buried and drowned underneath the tidal wave of the move of My Spirit. Get ready and position yourselves to receive a new wave of entrepreneurial fire that is about to hit the American economy.”

There is now an urgent call and a war-cry from the heart and mind of God going forth into the spiritual wombs of His people–much like John the Baptist as he leaped in his mother’s womb when Mary approached Elizabeth and her voice was heard with joy by the unborn child in Luke 1:39-44:

“Now at this time Mary arose and went in a hurry to the hill country, to a city of Judah, and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. And she cried out with a loud voice and said, ‘Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! And how has it happened to me, that the mother of my Lord would come to me? For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy.’”

The Lord is now causing the heart of His people in this nation along with many other nations to leap for joy within the womb as they are individually and collectively giving birth to a new wave of spiritual and economic growth.

Entrepreneurial Fire is Not a Respecter of Persons

This move of God’s Spirit is purposed to annihilate the debt and poverty of God’s elect, resulting in greater national and global economic strength, especially coming from the small business sector. The intertwining of marketplace and prophetic anointing have joined and married together as one holy force of fire as the heart of God’s people are supernaturally infused with keen levels of insight, foresight and prophetic precision into the future of God’s economic wisdom, revelation and strategy of His heart. Turning the hearts of men and women alike, He will cause many current and new business ideas to explode producing millionaires by the thousands.

As the marketplace and prophetic anointing are being intertwined and married as one on a greater level, they will have separate purposes and accomplish twice as much than if not be combined for the end-time move of the Sprit of the Lord.

“The beginnings of the release of this new tidal wave of prophetic entrepreneurial fire has approached and is already being birthed within,” says the Lord. “It will reach the most common to the most elite and is not a respecter of persons. If you are able to see it, you will be ignited and empowered to seize it.”

A Transference of Wealth into the Hands of God’s People

As there has been great spiritual and financial travail this year in the lives of many, so there is great birthing and rejoicing in the hearts of those that will hear and take heed to what the Spirit of the Lord is now saying and moving and leaping inside of them. There is a forerunning of a shifting of hearts from the pulpit to the marketplace. Pulpit ministry will become marketplace ministry and will converge into such a spiritual outpouring that it will prepare and strengthen America’s economy over the coming years. Each year will build with strength and momentum for those who bear the call in their spiritual wombs to raise up, produce and reproduce in the marketplace.

The Lord says, “All the years of training in the church and training in the marketplace have not been in vain. A change of heart will move from the four walls of the church to combine with the marketplace outside the church to manifest and enforce the beginnings of the transference of wealth into the hands of My people–producing liberty to both the spiritually and financially deficient.“

Prophetic Ingenuity from the Pulpit into the Marketplace

Ministry has become dull and lifeless for many, especially for those called to the pulpit. The Lord says, “I am not taking the pulpits out of place, I am simply shifting the heart of My people to cause a birthing outside of the pulpit and to transfer pulpit ministry into the marketplace.”

You will find spiritual progression to be in the streets and within the businesses and inside the financial realms coupled with and accompanied by ministry, yet filled with increasing prophetic insight and foresight. God’s army of prophetic entrepreneurs will speak forth phenomenal predictions in the stock market and cause many to reap great rewards. Prophetic instinct will be on the rise as God releases the discernment of His people to be heightened with precision and cutting-edge accuracy.

The Lord says, “There will be prophetic ingenuity of apostolic government that will hit many company CEO’s and CFO’s as their hearts are hit with a new quickening of My Spirit to shift their strategies of financial growth, resulting in more efficient and productive methods for speedier multiplication of profits.”

Prophetic revelation will come upon them suddenly that will be a direct download of the mind of Christ as they seize and lay ahold of, and direct and redirect their respective shifting markets with an aggression that is full of passion and divine empowerment. There will be the fusion of marketplace ministry, salvation and financial miracles that will transfer from the unseen realm to the realm of the seen as a result of a new tenacity that God is placing in the core of their prophetic DNA.

The Lord says, “A new level of entrepreneurial wisdom and sharp thinking skills will come to the forefront as the enemy’s cloud of discouragement, hopelessness and lack of vision will blow away and depart as I continue to hover and breathe a fresh new breath of My Spirit upon this great economic nation. I will preserve that which I have promised to you, America!”

New companies will emerge out of the pulpit experience. God will cause even more pulpit ideas to become business ideas and business ideas to become pulpit ideas. There will be an opening for prayer and prophetic unction released into the business atmosphere that will cause a leaping for prosperity in the mind, body, soul and spirit of emerging companies. A releasing of entrepreneurial flames will sweep across America with a strategic entrepreneurial gathering of the hearts of prophets, apostles and even prophetic musicians as they join in spirit to proclaim and prophesy God’s successes over economies, businesses, leaders and governments–extinguishing the negative voice of enemy forces.

Like watchmen on the wall, God is calling out and ranking His entrepreneurial army to run through troops and leap over the walls of the enemy’s strategies of economic destruction. The Lord says, “The enemy will not succeed. There will be attempts but they will fall.”

The Internet–One of the Greatest Marketplace Ministry Vehicles

Even a new generation of young businessmen and women will take on a new way of doing business. They are already fast learners, technology innovators, witty inventors, multimedia masterminds, Internet and stock market savvy. They are joined as one, even though they are spread out all over this land to accomplish their individual call, purpose and destiny in the work force and in the spirit realms. God has given many pulpit ministries skill and knowledge and trades and the working of hands with exceptional intelligence.

The Lord says, “I will use the Internet to become one of the greatest marketplace ministry vehicles and it is already set in place to be the pulpit of the many businesses and ministries alike. I have connected like-minded hearts there for the purpose of rapidly raising up an army of warrior entrepreneurs that are filled with My Spirit and are highly gifted with sharp prophetic precision for everyday business decisions and everyday life decisions.”

“No longer will prophetic ministry be contained and hidden in the church. I have shifted the stream of My Spirit and spilled it out into the open–just like a volcano has spread its flames with lava reaching miles and miles away from its eruption.”

Your Dissatisfaction Was Your Birthing Place

“It is a good thing,” says the Lord. “Your dissatisfaction was your birthing place. Your frustration was your labor. Your perseverance is your reward as you enter a new season of harvest. Five years of grace. Five years of favor. Five years of fulfillment. Five years of fun and celebration. Five years of fruitfulness. Five years of a strengthening fortress. Your enemies will not be able to succeed or stand against My tidal wave,” says the Lord.

“A mighty rushing wind will blow down every enemy and entity that attempts to stand in a lofty place. I will break every branch until the sap is dried up and is cut down to a powerless dead tree stump for you to stand upon in victory. Every place that your foot shall tread, I have given you that land, that city and that nation.” says the Lord. “It already belongs to you.“

Progression, Provision and Protection

God is freely opening up opportunities that at first glance, may not look to be divinely orchestrated, but then His characteristics and His qualities will be seen within them as they will become apparent, and the fruit of God’s Spirit will be upon them with distinction and they will be readily recognized by their fruit. A mighty fortress of business and ministry will erect for progression, for provision and for protection. Many will even become millionaires and many will have large amounts of debt that will be taken out and overthrown.

The Lord says, “A new kingly anointing shall be realized by My people with the rising of the remembrance that in the beginning, I purposed mankind to take dominion and to subdue the earth.”

“And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth” (Genesis 1:28).

The Trees of the Field Will Clap Their Hands

The Lord is saying, “Once again, My people will walk as kings and as priests and will humble themselves to pray–not because of a national tragedy, but because of a national prosperity and a celebration in the heart of the land. The trees will clap their hands and the mountains will rumble and shout out the name of the Lord, for I am a protector and keeper of that which is Mine and of those that are near and dear to My heart.”

“For you shall go out [from the spiritual exile caused by sin and evil into the homeland] with joy and be led forth [by your Leader, the Lord Himself, and His word] with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands” (Isaiah 55:12).

“I have placed favor upon this soil, and I have given My people this land to tread upon, to walk upon, to overtake, to overthrow, to undertake, to build and to plant, and to make brand new and to prosper. This nation will declare, ‘I am blessed,’ and it will declare again, ‘I am a blessing to the earth.’ The earth will boil with the eruption of gladness and joy. It will ooze out the heat and the passion of My heart for the love of those that are Mine. My heart has rested and My habitation is here to stay,” says the Lord. “I love this land.”
